Effective leadership and a focused management model

The NWU has a two-tier management model suited to its multi-campus operations. This model consists of:
•    a core institutional layer for university-wide coordination
•    the three campuses, which operate as separate but coordinated business units.

Both the institutional and campus components are represented on the institutional management team.
