The theme of World Water Week is creativity in the face of unprecedented problems. Our current approach to managing water is being called into question by the theme Seeds of Change: Innovative Solutions for a Water-Wise World. Which concepts, inventions, and governance frameworks will be necessary in a world where water is more scarce?
