1. Xhanti Payi - Senior Economist – PricewaterhouseCoopers: Xhanti Payi is Senior Economist in PwC’s Advisory division based in Johannesburg and a senior manager. He has over 17 years’ experience across banking, asset management, research and consulting. Payi has been involved in a wide variety of projects and engagements including economic and trend analysis, policy research, strategy facilitation and development, industry research and market entry strategies, impact analysis and assessments for clients. He has training from the University of Cape Town and University of London.

2. Lesego Gwebu - Specialist Recruiter: Young Talent at Nedbank: Lesego Gwebu is the Specialist Recruiter: Young Talent at Nedbank. A Specialist Recruiter in Young Talent that graduated from the University of Johannesburg, University of Cape Town and recently Henley Business School with over 10 years of experience in attracting, developing and retaining Young Talent. She is driven by her passion for Young Talent and their potential impact in South Africa to make a purpose driven influence. She is enthusiastic about youth & talent development and loves seeing people living up to their talents and maximising their potential, which has led her to being invited to lead with a difference in her work. Over and above her impactful role, she is a community builder through the Nedbank Foundation.

3. Tumi Ramonotsi - Executive | Board Director | Technocrat. Tumi Ramonotsi is a dynamic Corporate Leader, Non-Executive Director, Strategist and Management Consultant. As an astute Director, Mr Ramonotsi is currently an active Board Member with over half a decades’ board experience including serving on the Group Audit Committee, the Group Risk & Governance Committee, and the Group Performance Advisory Committee. Mr Ramonotsi is also responsible for advising organizations & business in the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East Africa) on Strategy, Governance, Risk Management, Digital Transformation, Strategic Cost Optimisation and Technology (ICT).
