About speaker: Robert Nkuna (PhD) is a Professor of Practice at the North-West University School of Government Studies. He is currently the Director General of the Department of Planning Monitoring and Evaluation. Previously he was Director General of the Department of Telecoms and Postal Services (now the Department of Communications and Digital Technologies). He also served a term as a full-time councillor at the communications regulator ICASA. Read more
