Abstract:
Dealing with the personal information of students, researchers, or staff requires that we all take necessary steps to ensure that the personal information is recorded, accessed, distributed, stored, retrieved, utilised or destroyed in compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). This is to ensure that we safeguard the privacy and confidentiality of the personal information of our stakeholders and comply with the requirements of POPIA.
