Pitso 2022:3 || The draft Labour Migration Policy: Are quotas good or bad for job creation?

The proposed National Labour Migration Policy and Employment Services Amendment Bill will introduce quotas on the total number of documented foreign nationals with work visas that can be employed in major economic sectors (e.g. agriculture, hospitality, tourism and construction).
