The Faculty of Natural and Agricultural Sciences cordially invites you to the Food Security and Safety (FSS) Annual Postgraduate Seminar Day. Every enrolled postgraduate (Master's and Doctoral) participant is required to deliver a verbal presentation in person, lasting 10 minutes. This presentation will focus on a scientific article derived from their research at NWU, which should be published in a DHET-accredited peer-reviewed journal. The breakdown of time is 8 minutes for the presentation and 2 minutes for questions.

Presentations will be evaluated and scored by a multi-disciplinary panel of 5 scientific judges

The best 5 presentations will be incentivized with awards worth R5000 (1st prize), R4000 (2nd prize), R3000 (3rd prize), R2000 (4th prize), and R1000 (5th prize).
