Virtual Research Seminar by Prof Annie van der Oever

Biography:

Prof. Dr. A.M.A. van den Oever is a professor who specialises in Film Theory, Aesthetics of Technology, Visual Media, Experimental Media Archaeology, Theory and History of the Grotesque at the University of Groningen, Dept. of Arts, Culture and Media (ACM). She currently holds a special appointment as the chair 'Film and Visual Media' University of the Free State in South Africa. She is also an associated researcher Cinéma et Audio visuel Institut ACTE, Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne and editor of various publications.
