The Higher Degrees Student Development Support department cordially invites you to the Ethical Leadership Workshop for Postgraduate students. Ethical leadership constitutes a foundational pillar of responsible research and professional integrity, particularly within complex and evolving global knowledge systems.

The workshop seeks to:

• Define ethical leadership, understand the ethical responsibilities of a leader, and recognize behaviors that demonstrate integrity and fairness.
• Build personal ethical awareness and examine how personal values impact professional actions.
• Help understand and apply foundational leadership and ethical theories, such as utilitarianism or duty-based ethics, to professional challenges
• Evaluate moral issues using critical thinking, ethical reasoning, and evidence.
• Create mechanisms for accountability, transparency, and ethical compliance within teams and organizations.
