American High School Diploma (AHSD) Applicants
Please note: Recent changes to the Universities South Africa (USAf) regulations require a different application process for students who completed the AHSD at a school located in South Africa.
If this applies to you, NWU will submit your exemption application to USAf on your behalf via the USAf MBIT system.
What you need to do:
As soon as the following documents are available, email it to AHSD@nwu.ac.za:
- Final SAT results
- Final academic transcript (Your GPA must be at least 3.5)
- Certified copy of your ID/passport
- Proof of payment to USAf
Please note: Payment must be made before your USAf exemption application can be processed. The non-refundable application fee of R1,000.00 can be paid via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT):
