SRCS / SJGD: Barefoot day

Every year the SRCS hosts the annual Barefoot Day that takes place on the Potchefstroom Campus of the North-West University. Barefoot Day is a day where students go about their daily activities barefoot as a symbol of empathy for people around the world who do not have any shoes. The Student RAG Community Service (SRCS), together with students and staff, collects second-hand clothing, shoes and blankets which are then distributed to the various SRCS projects within the community.
