Description

You are cordially invited to a Guest Lecture by Dr Robert Nkuna, the title of his presentation will be on Municipal infrastructure decay in South Africa. Is it a result of poor monitoring and evaluation or merely a consequence of poor municipal planning?

Bio of Robert Nkuna

Previously, he held the same position at the Department of Communications and Digital Technologies (DCDT) for about four years.
He also served a full term as a Councilor at the communications regulator ICASA where he was involved in the development of various regulations following the introduction of the Electronic Communications Act in 2006.
