As non-communicable diseases (NCDs) like diabetes, cardiovascular, and respiratory conditions continue to rise, this symposium seeks to explore medico-legal negligence, social accountability, and the pursuit of a health justice agenda.

• Expose systemic failures and inequalities in NCD care and prevention.
• Examine medico-legal liability in public and private health systems.
• Enable interdisciplinary dialogue across health, law, policy, and advocacy.
• Explore no-fault compensation models and patient-centred reforms.
• Form a task team to shape a national NCD health justice framework.
