Through his experience in these executive positions as well as other HR and consulting positions, Abe has built up a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the HR sphere.   Some of Abe’s most significant knowledge is in HR Strategy, Skills Development, Employee Relations, Employee Diversity, Talent Management, Workforce Planning and Change Management.   

Abe matriculated from Motswedi High School in 1979 and has a B.Admin degree from the University of the North, a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (HR) from Wits Business School and a MBA from De Montfort University.
