Triennial General Meeting of the NWU Board of Donors and Constituting of a New Board of Donors

You are cordially invited to the NWU Board of Donors Meeting.

The NWU Board of Donors is established in accordance with section 32(1)(b) of the Higher Education Act and in accordance with para 36(2)(a) of the NWU Statute. Recognised donors, as approved by Council during the previous two years, receive invitations and are requested to nominate a person with the appropriate character and seniority to attend the meeting of the donors convened by the Registrar.

What You Need to Do:

• Confirm your attendance via the provided link.
• Choose how you'll attend (in person or online).
• Complete and submit the letter of delegation if sending a representative.
• Only those present at the meeting can be nominated to serve on the Board.
• All attendees can vote for Board members.
