School of Chemical and Minerals Engineering: Beer & Cheese Day

You are warmly invited to attend the Beer & Cheese Day, hosted by School of Chemical and Minerals Engineering. The event is open to staff, students, industry representatives, any interested attendees, and the public at large.

The INGC411 Biotechnology module (final-year undergraduate level) includes a practical component where students produce beer and cheese as part of their coursework. The event serves as a formal evaluation platform where the students’ products are assessed.
