The Higher Degrees Student Development Support team cordially invites you to attend the Diversity Training workshop. 4th Year/Honours, Masters and Doctoral students and support staff are welcome.

The workshop aims to:

• Promote critical awareness of diversity, equity, and inclusion within academic and professional contexts.
• Facilitate self-reflection on personal identity, biases, and positionality in relation to others.
• Enhance intercultural competence and the ability to engage respectfully across differences.
• Encourage dialogue and collaboration among students from diverse backgrounds and disciplines.
• Strengthen ethical and socially responsible leadership aligned with inclusive practices.
