About speaker:
Kath Megaw is a Clinical Paediatric Dietitian and founder of Nutripaeds, with over 28 years’ experience in infant, child, and adolescent nutrition. She completed a postgraduate fellowship in Paediatric Dietetics at Johns Hopkins Hospital (USA) and has extensive expertise in neonatal and infant nutrition through her NICU work and her role on the ESPGHAN African & Developing World Neonatal Working Group. Kath is the author and co-author of six bestselling books, including Weaning Sense and Allergy Sense. She is an international speaker, serves on global paediatric nutrition committees, and is passionate about translating evidence-based nutrition into practical guidance for families.
