Seminar Topic: Building School Leaders for Organisational Sustainability: Advancing Women’s Leadership in Education.
The seminar will explore the role of school leaders in promoting organisational sustainability through effective governance, collaboration, innovation and continuous learning. In recognition of Women’s Month, the seminar will also highlight the contributions of women leaders in education and the importance of creating pathways that support and empower women in leadership. All Faculty of Education postgraduate students are encouraged to attend and engage with this important conversation on educational leadership and organisational sustainability.
