Description
You are warmly invited to participate in the three-day session of the Call for Postgraduate Supervision Workshops. This course is designed to provide participants with the essential skills required for conceiving, planning, researching, organizing, composing, and finalizing research-based projects. Supervisors of postgraduate students, as well as PhD and Master's degree candidates, are encouraged to join us.
Outcomes
Upon completing the course, participants will be able to:
- Effectively conceptualise (and judge the feasibility of) research projects
- Identify and delineate researchable problems, research objectives, and research hypotheses/questions/propositions
- Project manage theses and dissertations appropriatly
- Select, evaluate, and apply appropriate research methods
- Do effective preliminary and detailed primary and secondary research
- Create sound research proposals
- Deal with various formalities
