- Hans De Witte (PhD) is a renowned work psychologist and professor emeritus at KU Leuven, Belgium, and Extraordinary Professor at North-West University, South Africa. His research focuses on job insecurity, unemployment, stress, burnout, and wellbeing at work.
- Prof. Sebastiaan (Ian) Rothmann is a professor of Industrial Psychology at the Optentia Research Unit, North-West University, South Africa. He holds a PhD in Industrial Psychology and has supervised 148 Master’s and 73 PhD students, both in South Africa and internationally.
