In the “Focus on” article, you read about the project, The NWU Way, which People and Culture has launched. You also watched the video on our people telling us what culture means to them.
Now, in the video on the right, you can listen to our staff telling us how they see the NWU culture in particular.
All these steps are part of our journey to establish a unique NWU culture that supports our strategy. In other words, the way in which we relate daily to each other and our stakeholders must show that we are a unitary institution, that we strive for academic excellence and that we are committed to social justice.
This is us – living the NWU way.
What makes us US?
This is us
This is what our staff members think of the NWU culture.
