When he talks about his accomplishments, his eyes shine and he smiles from ear to ear. There’s no mistaking his love of ballroom dancing. This love of dancing has taken him from one competition stage to another.  “I started to participate at the annual South African Championships when I was 16 and I am still participating each year.” To qualify, each dancer must have participated in at least three Super Series competitions during the year. The first competition is usually held in April in Gauteng, the second in June or July in Cape Town, and the third in August in Mafikeng.
