The goal of the planner is to expand equality and promote sustainable development. It is also the key profession in the correction of spatial and economic imbalance in rural and urban areas as well as improvement of ineffective and underperforming living environments.
The ideal Town and Regional Planner is a creative person with innovative solutions to complex problems.
The planner is a good project manager and a strategic leader. The planner must have a strong sense of social and environmental justice and should be goal-oriented in promoting human development.
