The quality of legal education is high considering the hugely disadvantaged background of our students.

Our students have been regular recipients of awards from the Law Society of the Northern Provinces.

The performance of our students in the annual All-Africa Human Rights Moot Court Competition, the Trade Law Moot Court Competition and the Lexis Nexis Trial Advocacy Competitions has been, almost without exception, of the highest quality.

One of our LLM graduates, Mr PJ Ngandwe, won the Vice-Chancellors Bronze Medal for his outstanding achievement in the LLM programme in 2007.

The number of publications in accredited journals, conference proceedings and chapters in books has been on the rise.
