In the previous Eish! we crowned Antoinette Vermeulen from the Quality Office in the Institutional Office as our first Top Tipster.

In this edition, her colleague from the same office, Johanna Müller, wears the crown. Here are her tips for pimples, parsley and strawberries.

Getting rid of
that pimple

If you have teenagers with pimples, tell them to drink a mouthful of water with a small pinch of Epsom salts dissolved in it every morning.

Using chopped parsley

First place chopped parsley in a dry dishcloth and pat it dry before using it for garnish. In this way the tiny bits won’t stick together when you scatter them over a dish.

Keeping strawberries fresh

When storing strawberries in the fridge, put them in a strainer. With the air circulating around them, they will last longer.
