School Director's Welcome

The School of Human Resource Sciences wants to:

• position itself as a value-driven school that strives to make a difference, through the striving towards knowledge, the application of knowledge and innovation, and by being locally involved, nationally relevant and internationally recognised;

• develop, educate and empower well-rounded graduates so that they are able to think laterally and critically and are able to serve the country and its people;

• deliver relevant, quality research that offers innovative solutions to challenges that face the expert community and the country;

• serve the community by means of expertise in education and research to the benefit of the profession and the country;

• be recognised nationally as a well-managed and innovative school with a client focus and a focus on quality; and
