NWU Vaal Open Day: 5 May 2012

If you are still undecided on what you want to study after completing school, you should not let the Open Day pass you by.  On the 5th of May 2012 you will have the opportunity to peak behind the curtain of varsity life and experience the thrill of being a university student at the Vaal Triangle Campus.

The aim of the annual open day is to provide potential students and their parents with all the necessary information pertaining to tertiary studies, namely: subject choices, bursaries and loans, sports and cultural activities as well as residences and accommodation. During the event representatives of the two faculties, the Faculty of Economic Sciences and Information Technology and the Faculty of Humanities, will be available to inform learners about the different modules, subjects and selection criteria. Various support departments such as the Library, Marketing and Communication, Sport, IT, Academic Support and Residence and Catering Services will also take part in the event.

Open Day highlights:

The event starts at 08:30 and learners are reminded to bring along a copy of their most recent exam results.
