Registration to access IT @ NWUNET
New Staff Members:
Please print and complete the IT Services Registration form (PDF format) to get a User name and password to access the university's network and other services namely:
Internet
eFax
Citrix
SMS Impi
Web Publishing
Post-graduate Students:
If you want to connect to NWUNET, please print and complete the above mentioned IT Services Registration form. Also read the article - Rules for post-graduate students' computers connected to the network.

Change of User Name
The Change User ID form (PDF format) must be completed to change your user name. Example: your surname has changed, thus affecting your User Name. This form is also applicable when a user is transferred to another department or school.

Registration of Guests (external persons) @ NWU Network
In the past you had to complete a registration form for every Guest that needed access to the NWU Net, but from now on no forms are required because you will be able to register the Guests yourself: click here for the procedure.

Cancellation of IT Services
This form is intended for the Cancellation of IT services, for example; when a person resigns or retires. If the person is only being transfered from one department to another, the Change User ID form must be completed.
