About us
The Primary Healthcare Clinic is staffed by a professional registered nurse and a part-time counsellor.
At the Primary Healthcare Clinic in Building 25, the registered nurse delivers primary healthcare services including attending to minor ailments, reproductive health issues, HIV/Aids counselling and testing, referrals to other health service providers if and when necessary, etc.
At a minimal fee she will assist you with your headaches, stomach ailments, flu and colds, maternity matters, family planning, general health screenings, i.e. diabetes, blood pressure, blood sugar, etc. All HIV/Aids-related services are free of charge.
Being a professional registered nurse, she can also assist in medical emergencies, stabilising patients until they can be transported to other relevant health service providers. She will make the necessary diagnosis and if needed, set up an appointment with our consulting doctor.
The counsellor assists with HIV/Aids pre and post test counselling. Our new and modern Primary Healthcare Clinic boasts three consultation room, a counselling room, and an emergency room.
