This service enables the user who is not on campus to work on the NWU network as if being on campus.
• ISP costs incurrend are for the account of the user.
This service is available to:
This service is available 95% of the 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Support is only available during office hours.
The user’s Line Manager has to provide permission for the service before the service may be granted.
Client software must be loaded and Windows, Linux and Apple platforms are accommodated.
On Windows the status of Security Essentials and Windows Updates are checked in order for access to be granted.
