Academics is one facet of the university that every student gets involved with and the Academic Council supports you in the following ways:

A healthy teacher-student-relationship with effective communication channels for effective complaint handling.

Cooperation of all systems and academic support services on the NWU-PUK to maximum advantage of opportunities offered.

Academic Societies in the foreground in faculties, so that cooperation within a faculty will occur.

Increasing motivation by recognizing students within their respective faculties. Recognition of top performers, as well as students who show good progress. Recognition should also be given to lecturers for quality learning to encourage.
The Academic Council therefore attempt to lighten burden of academics so that the experience of being a student in general, will be unforgettable!
