The young qualified pharmacist has a wide choice of career possibilities, depending on his/her own preferences, including the well-known community pharmacy, hospital pharmacy (private and public) and the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. Other career possibilities include those of wholesale pharmacists, healthcare managers and medicine control officers. These positions are available at medical aids, local governments, central government, etc. Research positions are also available at universities and colleges, as well as at the MRC – therefore a variety of diverse professions that will suit your personal preference. |
