About us

Welcome to the web pages for the department Records Management and Administration!

Our department supports the Institutional Registrar in carrying out his duties as administrative head of the organization. It is our duty to ensure various administrative processes at the NWU run smoothly and that guidance and assistance is provided to the colleagues from the Institutional Office and the various Campuses. We are a support department aiming to ensure good governance and excellent managerial administration. Please peruse our web pages for more information and contact us with any further enquiries.

The mission and vision of the department Records Management and Administration is to, through quality service delivery in our areas of responsibility, assist the NWU in its vision of being a pre-eminent University in Africa and to contribute to the pursuit of knowledge and innovation. We strive to provide high-level administrative support through our services in order to ensure good governance and management at the NWU.
