Short Courses – Advanced Management Program

The purpose of this program is to provide academic and professional training to top and middle managers in South Africa. Students will be trained to function efficiently in their particular field as well as other fields of functional management. Functional coordination and integration will be emphasized in this program.

The program consists of two study schools at the end of February and mid July and it concludes with a strategic management project.

The goal is to empower top and middle managers with the necessary knowledge about the role of top management and their own role in the organisational structure and how to implement business policy principles. Vertical coordination and communication will be emphasized.
