Services

As an effective functioning member of the Institutional Management Committee and co-responsible for the strategic positioning of the institution the Rector must:

► Develop and implement a strategic plan for the campus in line with the NWU’s Institutional Plan;

► compile and effectively manage business plans and related budgets to support the strategic plan of the campus;

► ensure the effective and disciplined spending of allocated budgets to the campus;

► manage the University’s threefold core business on each campus, i.e. teaching-learning, research and implementation of expertise;

► ensure the effective management and development of all human resources on the campus;
