Cashiers

The North-West University’s Potchefstroom Campus has its own cashiers. The cashiers are in the payment hall on the ground floor of the Joon van Rooy Building, counters 1 and 2, and are available from 8:00 to 15:30 every weekday.

The following fees can be paid at the cashiers:-

  Departmental fees
  Sundry debtors
  Research funds
  Student debtors

The following methods of paying will be accepted at the cashiers:-

  Cash
  Debit card (Keep in mind that your daily limit may not be exceeded)
  Credit card over the counter
  Credit card per fax, by filling this out and faxing it to (018) 293 5292 / (018) 293 5312
  Cheques made out to the “North-West University or “NWU”
  Postal orders (No postal orders older than 3 months are accepted)
