Office of the VC

The Office of the Vice-Chancellor is the engine room of the NWU and provides professional service and support to the Institutional Office (IO), the three campuses and the external stakeholders of the North-West University (NWU).
With Dr Eloff at the helm, the NWU has completed one of the most successful mergers in South Africa and grown into a university with many unique qualities.
 
Dr Eloff is the chief executive officer responsible for the management and administration of the university and he is responsible to the NWU Council for institution’s overall performance.

He was elected president of the national Afrikaanse Handelsinstituut for 2011 and 2012.
