The North-West University is committed to providing an environment free from discrimination, for existing and prospective staff. Equity and access are primary goals of the University’s strategic initiatives and in achieving its vision for employment equity and transformation. A broad range of policies, procedures and programmes are developed and implemented to promote equity transformation and redress, effective management (including staff development) and the recognition and valuing of diversity, human rights, tolerance and values throughout the university community.
