The purpose of the Association is to create a desire among ex-students and members of the Convocation of North-West University, to identify themselves with their University, to generate and sustain interest and participation in the affairs of their alma mater, to stimulate a wish to contribute to the developments of the University and the promotion of its name and reputation.
Our Objectives are:

To keep Alumni informed to the news about their University.

To highlight achievements and service to the community by ex-students.

To make alumni aware of the needs of the University and role they can play in alleviating those needs.

To make the alumni feel part of the NWU community wherever they may be.

To establish Alumni Chapters in all the regions.
