The management and well-trained staff of CEL are committed to deliver quality service and reliable results facilitated by a documented quality system consistent with good clinical practices and guided by applicable cosmetic regulatory requirements (CTFA, COLIPA and EEMCO).
Our status:
CEL is an independent clinical cosmetics testing laboratory managed within the Centre for Pharmaceutical and Biomedical Services section at the North-West University. The laboratory is environmentally controlled and possesses state-of-the-art non-invasive electronic measuring equipment for the evaluation of skin parameters related to cosmetic efficacy.
