Three-year, undergraduate study in BCom Human Resource Management
Human resource management is focused on the person in the organisation, and entails the management of the appointment of employees in the organisation, which includes the daily management of personnel or human resources. The human resource manager is responsible for the selection, training, motivation, adjudication, rewarding and disciplining of employees, as well as to provide a safe, ethical and fair work environment to the employees.
This degree is interpreted in its entirety from Afrikaans to English during the presentation of classes.

All large and small business organisations, the state, universities, construction companies need the services of a qualified human resource manager with the necessary subject knowledge.

Honours in Human resource management
If you adhere to the requirements for the honours after your undergraduate studies, you may apply for the honours study. This degree is offered in Afrikaans and English. The requirements to be able to register at the Board for People Practices are available at SABPP.
Where can I work with my honours degree?
Getting work is the same as with the three-year degree, except that the level of knowledge that can be offered to the organisation is on a much higher level.
