School Director’s welcome

Welcome to the School of Postgraduate Studies. In line with the vision and mission of the Faculty, our School aims to:

• Provide high-quality postgraduate education at Master’s and doctoral levels;

• Conduct relevant and focused research in the broad areas of democracy, good governance and human rights, gender and the law and traditional leadership and the Constitution.

• Implement our research results and expertise, for the benefit of our surrounding communities, the province and the country as a whole.

It is a privilege to be contributing to the development of postgraduate students with the skills, knowledge and ethical standards to be leaders in their chosen fields, whether in the legal profession, in academia or in the judicial system.
